1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at phawander.club or by submitting an enquiry to Pha Wander, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your details. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Notice and Cookie Statement.
2. About Our Services
Pha Wander arranges small-group guided outdoor experiences in the highland areas of Loei Province, northern Thailand. Our current offerings are:
- Plateau Sunrise Viewpoint Walk — a half-day guided walk to a cliff-edge viewpoint, ฿2,520 per person;
- Two-Day Tableland Plateau Trek — a supported overnight trek on the highland plateau, ฿4,550 per person;
- Five-Day Highland Ranges Journey — a multi-day route across highland ranges and valleys with lodge accommodation, ฿10,150 per person.
Prices, availability, and inclusions may change. The current details are always on our website or available by contacting us directly.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to adults aged 18 and over. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who has read and accepted these terms on their behalf. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that you meet any fitness or health requirements described for the walk you are interested in, and that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions to us before the outing.
4. Bookings and Payments
An enquiry submitted through our website is not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm availability, agree a date, and discuss payment. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Deposit and balance payment terms are communicated at the time of confirmation. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel:
- More than 14 days before the departure date: a full refund of any deposit paid, less a small administrative fee;
- 7–14 days before: 50% of the total booking value is retained;
- Fewer than 7 days: we are unable to offer a refund, though we will try to reschedule where possible.
If we need to cancel a walk due to unsafe conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full credit or an alternative date. We will not be liable for any other costs you may have incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.).
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, layouts, and the Pha Wander name — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any part of it commercially without our written agreement. Personal, non-commercial use (sharing a link, quoting a brief excerpt) is fine.
7. Acceptable Use
When using this website you agree not to attempt to disrupt its operation, submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the site in any way that violates applicable law. Automated scraping of content without permission is not allowed.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. We take reasonable precautions to manage those risks, but we cannot eliminate them. Participation in our walks is at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring you are in suitable health and condition for the activity. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to external websites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, without excluding your rights under the consumer-protection laws that apply in your own country.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If changes are significant we will note them clearly. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
